TERMS OF SERVICE
The Clean Comforter

Agreement of Terms
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies.
2. Services
We provide comforter cleaning, pickup, and delivery services. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:
Items are safe to clean and free of hazardous materials
You have disclosed any stains, damage, or special care needs
Items have not been improperly stored (e.g., mold, pests)
We reserve the right to refuse any item.
4. Cleaning Risks
All texties are subject to normal wear during cleaning.
By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the risk of:
Shrinkage
Color fading or dye transfer
Fabric weakening or seam stress
Filling shift (including down or synthetic fill)
5. Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:
Weak fabric, stitching, or prior repairs
Manufacturer defects
Pre-existing stains or discoloration
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent pernitted by law, The Clean Comforter’s liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of:
$100 per iten, OR
Three (3) times the service price of that item
We do not guarantee full restoration of items.
7. Turnaround Times
Same-day service is not guaranteed during high volume
Delays may occur due to weather, equipment, or demand
8. No Guarantee of Stain Removal
Stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or become more visible after cleaning.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due at time of booking.
All sales are final once service is completed.
10. Re-clean Policy
If you are not satisfied, we will re-clean the item once at no charge if notified withing 48 hours.
11. Cancellations & Missed Pickups
Missed pickup fees may apply ($15)
Incorrect address = rescheduling required
12. Subscription Terms
Plans renew automatically
Unused cleanings may expire
Cancellation allowed with 7 days notice
13. Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Failure to do so may result in denial of future service.
