No Refunds After Service Completion

Due to the nature of cleaning services, all sales are final once service is completed.

Resolution/Re-clean Guarantee

If unsatisfied, we offer:

  • One (1) complimentary re-clean within 48 hours

  • Review of the item under our damage policy

No Refund Situations

  • Dissatisfaction after successful cleaning

  • Issues related to normal wear (shrinkage, fading, etc.)

  • Pre-existing damage or defects

  • Stains that cannot be removed

Missed Pickup/Customer Error

  • Missed pickup fee: $10

  • Wrong address = rescheduling required
