Due to the nature of cleaning services, all sales are final once service is completed.
Resolution/Re-clean Guarantee
If unsatisfied, we offer:
One (1) complimentary re-clean within 48 hours
Review of the item under our damage policy
No Refund Situations
Dissatisfaction after successful cleaning
Issues related to normal wear (shrinkage, fading, etc.)
Pre-existing damage or defects
Stains that cannot be removed
Missed Pickup/Customer Error
Missed pickup fee: $10
Wrong address = rescheduling required
